Simply dry carrots from your own garden
Tasty carrots can be easily grown in your own garden. Sown in rows you can often be used with their short culture time to exploit the space in the bed before or after other vegetables. Excessive harvesting of carrots can be easily preserved by drying
Slice the carrots with the shell
For drying, cut the washed carrots into slices, then place them in the sun. Of course, the drying process works faster on a baking tray in the oven. The dried carrot slices are perfect as a healthy snack or as food for rodents and other pets.
