Immediately place the freshly cut roses in the water so that the cable paths in the air do not immediately close again. Cold water does not like the roses, but, if they look a bit slack, can be revived by a brief immersion in hot water.


Why should the stems be cut at all?

The cutting of roses is so important for two reasons: On the one hand, they make the plant easier to absorb water and, on the other hand, they remove the breeding ground for microorganisms, such as bacteria or fungi, which prefer to settle on such interfaces and accelerate the final death of the rose can. For this reason, you should cut a piece of the rose stem diagonally every day.

Maintain roses in the vase properly
