Pull frangipani from seeds
Drawing frangipani or plumeria from seeds is a time-consuming process. It takes a relatively long time and does not always work. What you need to consider if you want to propagate Plumeria from seeds.
Where do you get seeds from?
If you already have a mature mother plant, you can try to ripen the flowers to get seeds. Fertilization of Plumeria is done outdoors by insects. If you pull the frangipani only in the room, you have to fertilize the flowers with a brush.
Of course you get seeds in the well-stocked garden shop.

It is important that you let the seed soak for at least one day. Put it in lukewarm water. Without this pretreatment, it takes much longer for the seed to germinate.
As a substrate is suitable normal cultivation soil, which you should mix with a little sand, to make them more permeable. Even on coconut fibers, the seed germinates quite well.
Place the cultivation tray in a very bright and warm place. Avoid direct sunlight, as the seedlings then dry out too quickly or begin to mold with too much moisture.
Sow frangipani in a bag
It is a little easier to pull frangipani out of seeds in a bag. For this you need a lockable plastic bag. Fill this with Perlite. Moisten the substrate and sprinkle the seeds. The bag is then sealed airtight and placed in a warm, bright, not directly sunny place.
Continue to nurture young plants
It takes two to five weeks, depending on the method, until the seed of the frangipani has germinated. As soon as the plantlets have grown one to two centimeters high, you can poke them.
Later, fill normal flower pots with nutritious soil and plant plumeria seedlings one by one. They are now being maintained like adult plants.
Tips
The cultivation of Frangipani from cuttings is less complicated and runs faster. The plants bloom much earlier. You also get unmixed offshoots.
