Prefer pickling salad and pique
Pickling salad can be bought in the greenhouse as early as possible in the form of seedlings from the pre-culture. But you can also sow the pickle salad on the windowsill starting in late March and then pique.
Do not wait too long to peck
If you do not have enough time or nerves to pick, you can cultivate pickle salad from mid-April directly in the field. The seedlings on the windowsill should not be brought forward too early, otherwise they will become too long and thus unstable for transplanting. For piking, you should extremely carefully pull them out of the attached potting soil and sink them into a hole made with the finger in the soil. Gently squeeze it from the side before potting the piqued plants with a shower attachment.
