Not all berries really belong to berry fruits
Strawberries, raspberries, blackberries or apple berries - for the consumer, it does not matter if the fruits are berries or other botanical fruits. Botanically speaking, there are only a few real berry fruits.
Genuine berry fruit
From a botanical point of view, only single, round berries count as berry fruits. The best known varieties are:
