Five ways to juice grapes
When the grapevines are full of berries, they start processing: Grapes are made for juicing - it is not for nothing that the juicy fruits have always been used to make wine.
So you can hot grapes juice grapes
Without the expensive purchase of electric juicers you can hot juicing your rich grape harvest. For this you need either a saucepan or a steam extractor: a cheap low-tech device that is used on the stove.
Grape juice from the steam extractor
When using a steam separator, put the washed grapes in the fruit basket. The thicker stems should be removed as they can otherwise give off bitter substances in the juice. In the bottom pot fill some water; on it comes the "mezzanine" to which the spout hose is attached, and above it the filled fruit basket, which is closed with a lid. After a short time on the stove, the steam causes juice to escape from the grapes. This runs over the hose in the bottle provided by you.
Grape juice from the cooking pot
The most cost effective way of grape grappling is to use a standard saucepan. Put the cleaned and coarsely separated grapes in a saucepan with some water, heat and simmer for 15 minutes. Now pass the boiled grapes through a sieve to remove trays, seeds and stalks. If you then filter the juice thus obtained through a cheesecloth, it becomes even clearer.
Cold juice of grapes
The raw juice, which is obtained in the cold juice, is particularly healthy, but should be consumed as quickly as possible or preserved by boiling. There are various devices available, with which you can juice grapes cold.
Grapes juicing with the berry press
A berry press is very suitable for juicing soft fruits such as grapes. It is a simple device from the time of Grandmother, when you put the cleaned and freed from coarse stems grapes into a funnel and squeezed out the juice by cranking.
Grapes juices with the (centrifugal) juicer
When you buy a so-called juicer, you normally hold a device that can efficiently juice all types of fruit and vegetables using centrifugal force. Again, the preparation is to wash the grapes and remove the thicker stems. The subsequent juicing in the device is fast and fully automatic.
Grapes juicing with the juicer
A juicer is a universal device that allows you to juice any type of fruit and vegetables without much effort. In an electric juicer, the prepared grapes are finely ground and collected the resulting juice. The purchase of such a device is worthwhile, if you very often want to enjoy freshly squeezed juice.
