When does leeks have season?
Healthy, delicious leeks can be enjoyed all year round. The prerequisite is a cleverly conceived planting plan that takes into account the different summer and winter varieties.
For the earliest possible start of the season, sowing behind glass is recommended. The resulting young plants go into the bed with a clear growth advantage. Depending on the variety, although frosting is possible, it is not recommended given the risks.
