    Remove the outer skin of the tuber, keeping the skin on each toe. Cut off the upper part of the tuber so that all toes are visible but still connected. Drizzle a little olive oil over the garlic bulb. The oil should wet all toes. Take a piece of aluminum foil and wrap the tuber well. Preheat your oven to 175 degrees. Place the wrapped tubers on a baking sheet and put it in the oven for about half an hour. Take the roasted tubers out of the oven and press the individual toes out of the paper-thin casing.
