Why does the Kentia palm get brown leaves?

Water Kentia palm properly and fertilize
The Kentia palm has to be watered abundantly in the summer, without causing waterlogging. In winter you pour sparse.
Nutrient deficiency occurs when the palm has not been repotted and fertilized for a long time. Fertilize them monthly.
High humidity and a lot of heat
If the humidity is too low, the Kentia palm suffers from brown leaf tips. Even too low temperatures cause the leaves to turn brown.
By spraying the fronds, ensure higher humidity. Find a location for the Kentia palm that is at least 18 degrees Celsius warm. Cooler temperatures do not tolerate the palm.
The location should also be as bright as possible and full sun. Only directly behind a glass pane you should avoid direct sunlight.
Cut off brown leaves correctly
Brown leaves of the Kentia palm may cut you off. But wait until the leaf is completely brown and dry.
Cut the fronds with a sharp and clean pair of scissors so that a stub of three to four centimeters remains on the trunk of the palm.
