The most beautiful cactus species are enthusiastic sun worshipers. Therefore, choose a sill with a southwest, southeast or west orientation as the location. The pure south window should have a shading, as insolent sunlight in summer is unfavorable. Desirable is a temperature level between 20 and 35 degrees Celsius.
