The monolayer likes it tropical humid
Pour 1-sheet regularly
The single leaf, also called Blattfahne, peace lily or, botanically correct, called Spathiphyllum, is a very elegant as well as grateful houseplant. The plant, which originates from the South American rainforest, feels particularly well in a light, but not directly sunny, location and requires a lot of moisture - typical of rainforest plants.
Keep the paper evenly damp
For this reason, you should always keep the paper slightly damp, but avoid waterlogging. Excess irrigation water must be able to flow out of the plant pot, always removing it from the saucer or planter. However, short-term "wet feet" usually do not harm the plant. The right time to pour has always come when the substrate is already superficially dried. How much water the single sheet actually needs, however, depends on the individual location. The brighter and warmer the plant is, the thirstier it is. During the winter months, the room temperature should be a few degrees less and the frequency and amount of pouring limited.
Tips
In addition, since the leaf also requires high humidity, you should regularly spray the leaves (not the flowers!).
