May I pour chili with water from the tap?
As a tropical plant, chilies are familiar with soft rainwater. Lime-containing water from the line affects the growth. The quality alone does not determine the water balance. The rhythm plays with it and even influences the degree of severity of the pods.

If you do not have rainwater, descalcify the tap water yourself. In a 10-gallon bucket of tap water, hang a cotton bag containing 1 liter of peat. After a week, soft irrigation water is available.
