Here are the aster species after their heyday:
A long period: from May to November
The spring asters bloom in May. The summer asters reveal their flowers from July and until August. Also from the autumn asters there are a whole range of interesting and easy-to-propagate varieties. These bloom from September to October while the winter asters bloom from October to November.
Tips
If you plant several aster species in the bed combined, you can enjoy a whole garden season on the flowers!
