Grow woodruff in your own garden
Woodruff grows in many forests as ground cover and has been collected for centuries as a medicinal plant and flavoring. The plant can be grown in a suitable location but also in your own garden.

Grow woodruff in the pot
Basically, the woodruff can also be grown in the pot like other herbs and medicinal plants. However, the woodruff tends more quickly to drought damage than coming from the south herbs such as rosemary and oregano. Therefore, a shady place even with an extension in a pot on the balcony or on the terrace is mandatory. In addition, the planter should be large enough, as the woodruff with its roots spreads in the soil and so increased. It is easier for you to keep the woodruff in the pot evenly moist, if you first line the planter with some clay and then fill it with a porous substrate.
