Help, my tree gets brown leaves!
Brown leaves or leaf tips do not look good on any plant and should not be found on the tree. If this is the case, then your tree needs water, either at the roots or in the form of higher humidity.
Presumably you did not cast your screw tree too much. When the soil has dried, pour the plant immediately. But maybe the room air was too dry, then a spraying of the screw tree or a humidifier helps.
Where and how is my screw tree doing well?
The screw tree needs a lot of light without being in the blazing midday sun. If you have a variety with colored strips of leaves, then the light is particularly important, because in a shady location, the stripes often lose their color and contrast.

Tips
If your tree has brown leaves or leaf tips, then it lacks moisture, either at the roots or in the air.
