The best harvest time for pomelo
The pomelo is a rather young cross between grapefruit and grapefruit. However, it is not a separate species, but is botanically associated with the grapefruit (Citrus maxima). Pomelo has season all year round

Tips & Tricks
Try the delicious citrus fruit once in a different way: Pomelo also tastes great in combination with short-roasted meat (eg beef or chicken) and fresh leafy lettuce. This fits a sweet and sour dressing of olive oil and orange juice. If you can get it in original Thai, add finely chopped leaves of Kaffir Lime and baby spinach.
