Peonies tolerate transplanting extremely bad. Not infrequently, it takes two years for them to recover from the stress and flower again. Therefore, it is important to choose an ideal location from the beginning. But where do these plants feel so good?

Although peonies grow well in the sun, if they had the choice, they would choose an absonnious location. The place to grow and thrive may like to be under light deciduous trees. Recommended are locations where the peonies are not exposed to the blazing midday sun.
