For a quiet night - lavender in the bedroom
Due to the high content of essential oils and thus the intense fragrance of lavender has been used for many centuries in aromatherapy. Lavender is on the one hand as soothing and sleep-inducing, on the other hand as stimulating.
Lavender for insomnia
If you suffer from sleep disturbances, you can naturally control them with lavender. Many people just do not come to rest in the evening, their thoughts circle in their heads and they think about what else to do the next day. You can break this cycle with lavender, because the fragrances of the plant soothe and promote sleep - for example, by drinking a cup of lavender tea before going to sleep or adding a few drops of lavender oil to a scent stone that stands next to your bed. However, be sure to use only high-quality lavender flowers or medical lavender oil, because many industrially produced oils are largely made of synthetically manufactured fragrances and are therefore less effective.
Tips & Tricks
Lavender tea or scent promotes not only sleep, but also pleasure. The plant is - especially together with other Mediterranean spices - a well-known aphrodisiac. Cook your loved one a delicious dish with plenty of thyme, rosemary, lavender and pepper - that will certainly inspire him. Even a delicious tea from lavender, coriander, cloves, ginger and pepper helps many a sensual evening.
