Depending on the location, the inflorescences can reach a height of up to two meters and open the scattered, single flowers a little later. The main flowering period of the mullein lasts from July to August, but sometimes it re-invades into September.
Tips & Tricks
During flowering, candles usually need no additional watering even in dry periods. In addition, you should not apply fertilizer during flowering, but better bring in the spring of the second year a small amount of whole fertilizer in the soil around the plants.
