Fight aphids on the hibiscus
If the fresh shoots and flowers on the hibiscus suddenly become black and sticky and the leaves crippled, the garden marshmallow, also known as rosemary, is attacked by aphids. To get rid of the annoying pests, a quick help is needed.
Damage caused by aphids

You can prevent the infestation with aphids by surrounding the garden marshmallow with herbs from the beginning. Lavender, thyme, sage and savory emit a spicy odor that makes them unpopular with aphids.
