Chrysanthemum flowers - which types are suitable for tea?
Chrysanthemum flowers look very different, depending on the variety. Some chrysanthemums have pompon-like flower balls, while others have a radiate wreath. There are also simple, half-filled and filled variations. However, the flowers that look so different not only look beautiful, they have also been used for centuries in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM).
