In which soil does chili thrive best?
A successful cultivation of chili is based on the use of two different substrates. During cultivation, the soil should be as nutrient-poor as possible to promote root growth. This is followed by a rich substrate.

Chilli plants are easily satisfied with commercially available sowing and vegetable soil. Experienced hobby gardeners prefer to mix themselves:
Good beetroot is humus-rich, nutrient-rich, permeable, fresh and slightly moist. Advantageously, a pH between 5.5 and 6.5 proves.
