Mushrooms can be partially poisonous
Mushrooms are one of the most popular edible mushrooms and are also bred in the cellar. However, mushrooms can sometimes carry a potential for poisoning if certain rules are not met.
Fresh and cooked on the table
The poisonous Karbol mushroom looks similar to the normal mushroom mushroom, but anyway only connoisseurs of mushrooms should consume mushrooms from the forest. However, champignons from the supermarket can also be partially toxic if consumed in large quantities raw and then possibly cause indigestion. Also, only fresh mushrooms should be eaten, as they contain perishable protein.
Tips & Tricks
The freshness of mushrooms is relatively easy to recognize in terms of color and smell. If you smell unpleasant and are covered with a furry coating, you should stop using it.
