Cut and set cuttings

The at least 20 centimeters long cuttings are cut in early summer. After removing the leaves, lay the twigs in the sun for a short time to allow the interfaces to dry.

Instead of placing the cuttings in the ground, you can place them in a water glass. There you can track whether new roots are forming. Once some have grown, plant the small ornamental quinces in pots and put them in the field after two years.
