Depending on the type and variety, wild wine can easily grow between ten and 15 meters high and up to four - often even more - meters wide. In the process, a single plant branches very densely and gains about one to two meters of pure growth per year.Therefore, you should pay attention to the greatest possible planting distance between individual specimens - Wild wine is set with a distance of at least two meters, whereby for the greening of a single house wall usually already a single plant is completely sufficient.
Tips
With the exception of the common woody vine (Parthenocissus vitacea), Wilder wine forms strong sticky disks, which remain on the surface when cut and can usually be removed only with the help of gas burners and / or chemical helpers.
