The wild mallow sows itself reliably
The wild mallow is propagated by sowing
The wild mallow sows in nature all by itself. It makes many seeds spread over the wind and birds everywhere. If you want to grow wild mallows in the garden or in the bucket on the balcony, multiply them by sowing.
So wild mallows are preferred
For the wild mallows to bloom early, they prefer them in the house:

You can also sow wild mallows without any problems in the field. The plant absolutely hardy. It only takes a little longer until the first flowers bloom.
The sowing of the wild mallow is possible in autumn and from March. Look for a sunny location without waterlogging. Sprinkle the seeds at intervals of 5 to 10 centimeters and cover them lightly.

Once the plantlets have developed more than three pairs of leaves, you have to separate them. To do this, carefully dig up any surplus Wild Mallow so that a distance of approximately 50 centimeters is maintained between remaining plants.
The undressed wild mallows plant at the other beautiful places. They fit very well in the flowerbed or perennial border. The important thing is that they get enough sun.
If you would like to maintain the wild mallows in the tub, put the seedlings in tubs. Because of the long tap roots, the bucket should be at least 60 centimeters deep and provided with a vent hole.
Where do you get seeds from?
The easiest way is to collect seeds from existing plants in the fall. To sow certain varieties, you buy seeds in specialized nurseries.
It is worth sowing several varieties, as these are different in color and size of the flower.
Tips
Wild mallows form long taproots. Do not wait too long to replant the young seedlings to the desired location. When digging up older plants, the roots are damaged too much.
