Is the weigela susceptible to disease?
The Weigelie is considered not only easy to maintain but also very robust. That makes them together with their lush flowering in the spring to a nearly ideal plant for a lively and varied garden.

Aphids are best combated with a sharp jet of water or a mixture of water, soft soap and alcohol. At a low infestation, careful rinsing may already be enough. Then you pour the Weigelie regularly, but not too much. So you prevent a renewed infestation.
