Forget-me-not contains some substances that are not easily digested. The proportion in the spring bush, however, is so low that it does not cause poisoning unless the plant is over-enjoyed:

Tips
Forget-me-not plants bought at the nursery are not poisonous but are not suitable for eating. The potting soil is too heavily polluted here with fertilizer. Frequently, the plants have also been treated with pesticides.
