Durability and reuse

The shelf life of frozen soybean sprouts is one year. After thawing, they should not be frozen again.

For hot soups and wok dishes, the frozen sprouts can be taken directly from the freezer.


For food such as salads, where they are processed raw, they should thaw before. However, it is sufficient if you put the freezer bag with the sprouts in the fridge for about two hours. Allow defrosted sprouts to drain well before further use.
