The silk tree or sleeping tree is one of the ornamental plants in the garden or tub, which are partially poisonous. If children and pets belong to the family, you should for safety's sake do without the care of a silk acacia.
Only fruit stands and seeds are poisonous
The silk tree itself contains no toxins. Only the inflorescences and seeds that form from the flowers are poisonous and must not be consumed under any circumstances.
However, the danger is not so great, because a silk tree does not bloom in the first years anyway.
Later, however, you should ensure that the flowers and fruit stalks never reach the hands or the area of children or pets.
