Educate a rosemary baby

For a home-grown rosemary you need an older, woody rosemary. Cut away all woody branches except for a single, upright, and other side shoots. Do not cut into the lignified parts, but leave a few centimeters of green wood - rosemary, like so many shrubs, does not grow out of old wood.
