Oleander - growth depends on many factors
In their natural habitats, wild oleanders reach altitudes of up to six meters and more. In a pot culture, such a size is not possible - but the size of each pot, however big it may be, is too small - but even here the vigorous shrubs can grow up to two or even three meters high.

However, how pronounced the growth of the oleander actually is depends essentially on two factors. On the one hand, not all varieties are equally strong, because even among the oleanders, there are more dwarfish specimens as well as those that can literally be seen growing. The second factor is the care: oleanders need a lot of water, have to be fertilized regularly and be repotted and cut back once a year. The pruning stimulates the re-emergence and thus the growth of the plant.

On average, an oleander grows about 30 centimeters per year, although this value can vary widely from species to variety.
