Sifting mint seeds - that's how you do it right
While sowing is unsuccessful in most noble species, you can grow magnificent plants from seeds of pure mint species. Suitable candidates are, for example, water mint or spearmint. Follow these steps:

Cultivating cuttings in the bed - this is how rooting succeeds
From mid-May, mint cuttings of 15-20 centimeters in length grow directly in the bed. Choose a partially shaded, sheltered location in the garden. The soil should be nutritious, humic and well drained. How to do it right:
All mints are characterized by an invasive character. So that the herb does not spread its roots in the entire garden, we recommend a rhizome plantation. It is a stable Geoil, which is placed in a circle around the planting place 50 centimeters deep vertically into the ground. Alternatively, plant each cuttings with a large bottomless pot.
Tips & Tricks
Just grow mint in the large pot on the balcony. For this you cut 15 centimeters long cuttings, which are defoliated in the lower half. In a glass of water, the rooting progresses quickly. If the tender rhizomes are nice and long, plant the young plant in nutrient-rich, loose substrate in a 30-centimeter bucket.
