Dissolve the yeast and sugar in the water. Pour the mixture into a watering can and fill with water. Let the biological compost starter draw for two hours.
Then pour the yeast-sugar-water mixture over the compost pile.
The weather should be mild. Temperatures around 20 degrees offer the best conditions for using the compost starter.
