Hebe andersonii is not hardy!
Hebe andersonii is a shrub veronica variety whose leaves are quite large - at least in comparison with other varieties of hoes. Large-leaved species are not hardy, although this is often claimed in the trade. Hebe andersonii should therefore only be pulled in a bucket.
