Especially with hybrids and crosses you can achieve a pure-bred offspring only by the vegetative cuttings propagation. Fuchsias are rooted quickly and reliably, provided the soil is pleasantly warm. Occasionally it is advised to share fuchsias. In principle, a division is possible, but should only in exceptional cases (for example, if the plants have become very large) are made.
