To multiply figs: Instructions for self-breeding

Figs can easily be multiplied by seeds or cuttings. From a ripe fig or a fig tree, you can use a variety of fig trees, which can be transplanted into the garden after a growth period of two to three years.

Propagation by seeds

Fig seeds can be harvested from a commercially available or even harvested fruit. Cut up the ripe fig, dry the tiny drupes on the kitchen crepe well and place them in potting soil. Cover the seeds with a thin layer of soil and pour well.
