In addition to too little water, the opposite can be the cause of the hanging leaves: too much water namely, so-called waterlogging, leads to root rot and thus to the fact that the plant despite a surplus of moisture thirst. The rotting roots are no longer able to absorb water and lead into the upper parts of the plant. For this reason, always make sure that the substrate is slightly moist, but never really wet.
