Why is my flower dogwood not blooming?
The flower or blossom dogwood is considered a somewhat sophisticated but very decorative plant. Its small, inconspicuous flowers are surrounded by large white or pink baubles. No less attractive is the striking autumn color of some varieties, such as the red flower dogwood.
If your flower's dogwood is to bloom abundantly, ensure optimal nutrient supply and the right location with enough light and sun. The soil should be lime-free and slightly acidic, as well as loose and permeable. If your garden soil is too firm, then work in some coarse sand or gravel.
