Plant Jerusalem artichokes
Jerusalem artichokes are either preferred from seeds or put as tubers in the soil.
When raising semen, the sweet potato is preferred in spring in the seedbed and planted after emergence.
Easier is the cultivation by planting the tubers. They are either set from the beginning of March to May or in September / October directly in the field.

When harvesting, leave one tuber in each soil. It is repelling and developing more offshoots. By this multiplication you save yourself the re-planting.
