    Wash the hot peppers thoroughly. Dry the pods carefully. For this purpose, it is best to use kitchen towels, with which you simply dab the hot peppers until they are completely dry. Fill the hot peppers whole in freezer bags or cans. It is recommended to use small pouches in which you put a maximum of two pods to provide just enough free space. Be careful not to over-heat the peppers so as not to destroy the good stuff. Turn off the heat and remove the pot from the plate to purée the pieces of pepper. Ideally you use a powerful blender. Let the fiery hot pepper puree cool down. Put the mus in a container suitable for the freezer - preferably one made of glass.

Note: Regardless of the chosen variant, hot peppers in the freezer last a good year. During this time, they do not lose their sharpness - that is, they remain wonderfully aromatic and still have what it takes to spice up their food properly.
