Prepare paprika cultivation well and start perfectly

At the right moment, paprika cultivation offers several advantages. The plants start earlier blooms and deliver faster ripe pods. In addition, the peppers on the windowsill are protected from wind, weather and snail attacks.

Sow the seeds from the beginning of March and start growing on the windowsill or in the greenhouse. Who wants to sow earlier can start in January. However, the plants need a plant light after germination due to lack of daylight.

From mid to late May is the right time to bring the plants into the open air. But beware! Do not leave the peppers directly in the blazing sun. The tender leaves must first slowly get used to the sun, otherwise threatened sunburn. After curing, put the peppers in a sunny and sheltered place.
