Planting Perennial Vietnamese Coriander - That's how it works
From Asia, a herb plant migrated to us, whose leaves have the peppery, as well as lovely coriander flavor. Vietnamese cilantro was therefore greeted by the gourmets among hobby gardeners. In contrast to the genuine coriander, the tropical herb plant thrives perennial. Thanks to its pink flower, it is also a feast for the eyes in the hanging basket and in the pot. So care and hibernate Asian cilantro
Although Vietnamese coriander is not botanically related to coriander, there are no significant differences in care. The following aspects are important:
Falling in the fall, the temperatures below 10 degrees Celsius, settled Asian Coriander in the house. You have the choice of a warm winter on the windowsill in the sunny place. The leaves of the Asian coriander are very good for drying in the air or in the oven. Although the herbal plant loses some of its sharpness, which is not necessarily perceived as a disadvantage by a European palate.
