With every strawberry you hold more than 100 seeds in your hand. If you can resist the tantalizing pleasure, the nutlets can be easily harvested and sowed. Here you familiarize yourself with the procedure.

Place the seed box bright, but not full sun. The ideal germination temperature is 16-18 degrees Celsius. Under optimal conditions, germination will begin within 2-6 weeks, depending on the strawberry variety selected. 2 cm in lightly fertilized substrate from a height of about 2 cm. From a stature height of 4-5 centimeters you plant the pupils in the bed or the flower box.
Tips & Tricks
You can significantly improve the chances of winning strawberries from seeds with a salad aid. Vermiculite has proven to be excellent as Aussaathilfe. The natural silicate is germ-free, stores plenty of water and protects the seeds from sunburn. The germinating seed is not affected by the small platelets.
