Acute cystitis usually needs to be treated with an antibiotic. However, they keep coming back, which is why the preventative administration of cranberry juice or dried cranberry fruits can be useful. The high vitamin C content as well as the antioxidants contained have positive effects on the health of the animal.

Just mix some fresh or dried berries into dog food. In fact, most dogs do not like the berries, as they taste quite sour.
