Are chilli light germs?
According to botanical standards, chili seeds do not count as light germs. That's a good thing. The thin layer of soil above the seed has an important role to play.
Without resistance seedlings do not thrive
After pre-treatment, chili seeds are 2-3 mm deep in the soil and are thinly screened. If germination sets in, the separation from the seed coat is vital. Only seedlings who fight through the earth's layer will get rid of the hood.
Tips & Tricks
If the seeds are older than 4 years, they have lost their germination ability. The path through the substrate layer to the light is usually no longer successful.
